Acapulco Pools began the construction of the Tioga Municipal Swimming Pool in 2014. This project consisted of the demolition and removal of the existing outdoor pool, along with the construction of a brand new outdoor pool.

Tioga Municipal Pool's outdoor lap/leisure pool with zero depth beach entry, a frog water slide, barrier wall, dumping buckets, and spray features

The frog slide, water umbrella and tumble buckets are perfect for young swimmers, while the water slide, diving board and lap/leisure pool are a great space for older children and adults to refresh in the summer heat. This family-friendly aquatic facility reopened to the public in the summer of 2015.

To help fundraising efforts, the Acapulco Tile Fundraiser was introduced to the Tioga community. This initiative was used to encourage members to donate and take part in the construction of the Tioga Municipal Pool, a gathering place for the entire community. The program was a success, helping the community to achieve their goals for the aquatic facility while also forming a lifelong bond between the community and the facility. Names are now permanently displayed throughout the pool’s waterline tile border.
