| | | Once you have registered for the course, we will issue you your own unique access code. When you are ready to take the online quiz, simply click the "student login" link and enter your email address and access code. You should allow 2 hours time to complete the test. |

| | | The online quiz is a set of multiple choice questions where each question has 4 answers to choose from. All questions must be answered before submitting the quiz for marking. |

| | | If you do not obtain a passing grade of 75% on your first attempt, you may take the quiz a second time. However, the quiz questions may be different on your second attempt. If you fail the quiz on your second attempt, you will have to re-register for the course at a later date and pay the course fee again. |
