Previous experience preparing estimates over $200,000. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications as well as do quantity take offs. Knowledge of Timberline an asset. Must be able to speak, read and write English.

Must possess a minimum of three years pool and plumbing experience. Must be willing and able to travel throughout Canada and the United States. Good communication skills and must have plan reading ability layout skills. Minimum of three years PVC installation experience required.

Duties Include: Working for General Contractor managing documentation for construction projects. Dealing directly with subcontractors, consultants, municipal offices as well as having internal contact with estimating, accounting, and management departments. Other duties as required.
