The Accounting/Job Cost Support role is to aide the accounting team from data entry to filing and things in between. Tasks include, but are never limited to:
Update rental list and input into the accounting software for job costing
Receive packing slips and match to purchase orders
Printing and distributing job costing reports to project managers
Other duties as assigned
Put in the time: 1-3 years experience in accounting with administration including College level courses or equivalent experience.
Got 99 problems, but Microsoft ain't one (Excel, MS Office applications don’t scare you off).
Working as a team is your favourite but working independently doesn’t bother you either.
Master Communicator (excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills).
Cool as a cucumber: you're able to work effectively under tight deadlines and in stressful conditions without breaking a sweat.
Professional organizer is your middle name. You can stay on track independently and no detail goes unnoticed from your strong analytical skills.
Knowledge and ability in JONAS software would be a definite bonus.
