Designed by MacLennan Jaunkalns Miller Architects (MJMA), the $25 million, 54,000 square-foot facility boasts a variety of amenities with an emphasis on seniors. Some of the amenities include a gymnasium, indoor walking track, dance and fitness studios, an indoor aquatic centre, and an outdoor ice rink that serves as a splash pad in the summer.
