Originally built in 1989, Pinedale Estates is located in the Appleby neighbourhood in Burlington. This high-rise condo has 118 units, spread out over 12 floors. Residents can enjoy amenities like an exercise room, party room, meeting room and sauna, along with an indoor pool.

Also built in 1989, the indoor swimming pool was finished using a fiberglass and paint system, which after 26 years of service, was deteriorating. In 2015, Acapulco Pools was awarded the contract to renovate and improve the aging swimming pool.

Renovations included the removal of the existing finish along with the installation of a superior tile finish. The pool was improved even further with the addition of brand new VGBA compliant main drain covers and portable stairs into the pool.

Behind the scenes, the mechanical room also recieved a complete makeover, including the addition of new pumps, filters, valves and more. The newly improved aquatic facility reopened to residents in 2016.
