The City of Toronto's Wellesley Community Centre has been serving the St. James Town community and offering programming for all ages since opening in 2005. Acapulco Pools teamed up with Aquicon Construction and MJMA to complete phase two, a facility expansion.

Located on the east side of the community centre, the new expansion includes the addition of a 5-lane, 25 meter training tank, a shallow leisure pool for young swimmers, a warm water conversation pool, a steam room, and "waterfall" feature.
